This is the Fiido T1 Cargo Electric Bike, which is one of the greatest bikes available right now for under $2,000 (I believe it is currently on sale for approximately $1,600). For the price, this bike excels at the three primary factors for me when it comes to electric bikes: comfort, speed, and battery life.
The best thing about this bike is that it is a cargo bike, so it already has a basket. You can use this to carry groceries or other items of your choice, and it’s kind of cool that the basket stays centered when you are turning the wheels because it is actually mounted to the bike’s frame after you finish assembling it. Additionally, this bike has a really cool, attractive wood handlebar.

Fiido T1: Design
This bike received many compliments when I was riding it, but let’s finish taking a closer look at it. On the front basket, you do get a pretty big headlight that does have two different levels of brightness, so on the handlebars on the left-hand side, so on the rear rack on the right, you do get a little additional stylish look to it, but I actually like this little additional stylish look to it.
You do get a tail light that you do install yourself, but it is wired to the bike so you will be able to have it run off of the battery so you don’t have to worry about taking it off and charging it. This also has a step through design so you can step right through and go ahead and sit on this bike. Additionally, down on the center tube you will find two gear shifters. I like the big headlight because it does pretty well at night.
I believe they have it rated for people as short as five feet tall and then I think it goes up to around six and a half feet tall that this bike is going to be perfect for us, but yeah having this type of design makes this bike really appeal to a lot of people now pretty much all of the cables are buttoned up and very neatly organized now this is a bike that’s great for people of all sizes.
Due to its location on the front of the bike and the fact that you can lock and unlock it depending on the terrain you’re on, the front suspension fork will do a great job of dampening many of those bumps and other things. However, the seat itself will work as the second point of suspension.
The main seat itself is also incredibly comfortable; it’s soft, does have some cushioning, and isn’t as hard as some seats on electric bikes.
But overall, when I was riding this bike on or off road, the ride was pretty smooth. This seat does have a suspension post, which means the pole underneath the seat actually moves up and down depending on the terrain that you’re on. You also have some springs underneath the main seat.
I also like how the design allows you to rotate the seat up and insert the key next to the battery, which is necessary for operating the bike. You should be aware of this as you rotate the seat up. So I really like that these are already included so you don’t have to worry about that. Oh, and another feature I really like about the design is how you insert the key next to the battery.
Fiido T1: Battery
This is the second bike that I’ve used that has this type of battery design, and I really like it because it’s so simple to get in and out and there’s no need to worry about being particularly strong or damaging the bike’s paint. However, I do have a small complaint about the battery: There are a lot of stickers on the left side of it, which kind of detracts from the bike’s otherwise really nice appearance.
This is a very robust battery, especially for this price range, and the company does claim that you can get up to 90 miles off of one single charge. Of course, that will be using pedal assist, and this bike does have three levels of pedal assist. So yeah, they can kind of condense that in the future or just get those stickers off of there and put them on the bottom or the back or something that would be nice.
I found that this bike had excellent range when I took it out and had plenty of battery when I needed to come back in, so I think this is one of the best performing bikes at this price range when it comes to range. However, it does depend on your weight and the terrain, so you’re not always going to be able to reach that.
Fiido T1: Handlebars
Back up on the handlebars, you will find some very comfortable hand grips that do have palm breasts so they’re very nice to hold, as well as this electronic horn that does get pretty loud, and then you will find the worst thing on this bike, which is the display, which is essentially impossible to use in direct sunlight and even when you aren’t in direct sunlight it’s definitely difficult to read.
The controls for the seven-speed derailleur that comes with this bike are located on the right side of the handlebars. This is good, especially being able to go up and down those gears depending on whether you’re going up hills or just riding on flat land to test out the bike. However, this screen definitely needs an upgrade for the next version.
You can see that we’re churning up this hill right now without any problems at all, and it’s a decent little hill if you’re just using the throttle. However, I didn’t start from a complete stop; instead, I wasn’t moving at full speed either. This is not just a small hill, though; that was a decent little hill. The motor just has enough power to get you up there. The brakes are squeaking slightly, but that doesn’t happen all the time.
Fiido T1: Fat Tires and Motor
I like that these wheels don’t have any spokes in them so that when it comes to future maintenance you don’t have to worry about messing around with the spokes. Now, this bike does have 20 by 4 inch fat tires. They’re not super fat, but they’re definitely fat enough to be able to allow this bike to go on and off terrain very easily.
Now, onto my favorite feature of this bike, which is its power. It has a 750 watt motor in the back, but this thing can run and actually, in my opinion, performs better than some of the 1000 watt motors. They basically simply have a strong frame construction in the wheels and they also look really beautiful.
That’s really impressive because it means you can reach a very high rate of speed and be able to keep up with traffic. Additionally, the acceleration from a stop with just using the throttle is really strong as well. I’ve used this bike to get up to 30 miles per hour on it, and that’s just using the throttle.
However, you should use the three degrees of pedal assistance that this bike has. You can switch between them by pressing a button on the display. Although the pedal assist works well, I found that at level three you’re definitely going to feel a kick when you start pedaling, so be mindful of that.
Fiido T1: Conclusions
To really sum up how I feel about this bike, I would say that it’s one of my better all-around bikes that I currently own. Yes, I do have bikes that can go faster, I do have other bikes that are better for being off-road, and I do have other bikes that might be better for riding in the city, but this bike kind of just checks off the box on a lot of things.
I feel like I can ride this bike pretty much any day and have a great time doing it, especially with the suspension seat and just a very comfortable ride overall. The only thing they really need to fix is this screen, though, especially with that power and that speed being able to reach 30 miles per hour pretty quickly with this thing.
The Fiido T1 cargo electric bike will come very close to being the ideal e-bike for those looking to get their first e-bike or for those seeking a multipurpose vehicle, especially given that it costs around $2,000 I’ll provide a link below so you can learn more about this bike or get one for yourself.Â
